You are constantly on the go in P90X Legs and Back which causes your heart rate to go up and the muscle burn to increase. There is no standing and waiting around between sets. Each move is done after the next with minimal breaks. So what I think really gets you in P90X Legs and Back is the fact that you are working two of the largest muscle groups in your body. By the following day no matter how many times I have done this workout I find myself hobbling around where ever I walk and even have troubling sitting on a chair because of the extreme soreness I have in my glutes, quads and hamstrings. P90X Legs and Back gets me every single time. I feel this workout is one of the hardest dvd workouts within the entire P90X program. Even though P90X is broken down into three different phases P90X Legs and Back workout is in all three phases. P90X Legs and Back workout is one of the main workouts that you will be doing in each of the three phases of P90X.
